Gili Air Lagoon Resort By Waringin Hospitality, Gili Air

The resort has potential with its lovely staff and a beautiful infinity pool, but it definitely needs some upgrades to match the expectations set by the pictures online. The rooms are clean and comfortable but quite dated, and the dining area is decent but could be improved. Overall, it's a decent value if you're looking for something simple and not too extravagant.

I had high hopes for this resort after seeing the online photos, but what I found was quite disappointing. The pool was dirty and the rooms were not well-maintained, which definitely affected my overall experience. However, the staff, especially the ones I interacted with, did their best to make our stay comfortable, which was a silver lining. Unfortunately, the condition of the resort didn't justify the price.

I stayed at this hotel recently and had quite a mix of feelings. The location was perfect, just a 6-minute walk from the harbor, and the bar atmosphere with live music was a real highlight. However, the rooms were basic and not as clean or well-maintained as I had hoped, especially the bathroom and the pool.
